The electric chair was built in 2000. The control panel has several antique electronic devices on it. This piece requires an operator and has several features. The chair, has 2 skulls at the top with neon flickering candle lights and also halogen bulbs inside. There is also a red flood light pointing at our victim, "Grogan". Grogan is built on a hinged frame and has a jigsaw on a variac mounted underneath the chair. There is an amplifier and speaker behind him. The control panel has a microphone and a voice changer. The operator pushes a button and can speak through the skulls in a high pitched voice as the skulls go from flickering candle light to blinding white light. The operator pushes another button and can speak through Grogan in a deep growling voice as he is lit in red floodlight. When the operator throws the main switch, everthing comes on with a loud hum and Grogan does the shake.
